If you love flowers, this is a place that you cannot miss. The Hitachi Seaside Park covers an area of 190 hectares, featuring blooming flowers all around the year. In spring, 4.5 million translucent-petaled flowers paint the 3.5 hectares Miharashi hills light blue. In addition, the park features close to 200 different species of tulips and many other flowers.

2) Zao Fox Village, Miyagi Prefecture

This is one of the best places to visit Japan to see "fox". At the Zao Fox Village, you will be accompanied by 6 different species of fox who are usually tame. The most popular and adorable would be the Japanese Red Fox. This is the place where you can get up and close with the foxes. The foxes are free to roam around and you can purchase food to feed the adorable foxes. However it is advised to throw the food on the ground instead of letting them eat from your hand.

3) The Picture Book Library


Located in Iwaki City, Japan, the Picture Books Library is also known as the Museum of Picture Books. The library was designed in 2005 by Japanese architect Tadao Ando to serve 3 pre-schools. However, it has gained popularity among the public and visitors packed the libraries on open-access days.
